We had an amazing stay with our kids at this hotel. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and with easy access to taxis and tours. Our room was impeccable - the comfortable bed and quality linen made for a great night's sleep. the bathroom was roomy with lovely towels and heaps of toiletries. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options for everyone. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist with anything we needed. We loved the elegant furnishings throughout the hotel.

Additionally, the hotel provided basic amenities such as hot water and an elevator, which made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Lastly, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The room without a window was quite small and not suitable for a longer stay or if you have a lot of stuff. the breakfast was okay, but it was mostly heavy food.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the hotel is in a great location, right next to Da Lat's city centre, and near Xuan Huong lake and the Sinhtourist bus station. It was very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and valued. Secondly, the basic amenities provided in the room were of good quality, from the fluffy pillows to the clean towels and linens. The rooms also offered a great view, adding to the overall experience. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast spread, which was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
